Co-op Marketing

The co-op program at UBC Okanagan faces a core problem: while students are plentiful, more employer partnerships are needed. This creative strategy encourages employers to think innovatively about the value of a co-op student's fresh perspective and how it could benefit their organization. Visual concepts feature "taking the office outside," symbolizing the outside perspective co-op students can bring to established internal teams. The campaign emphasized local place and community, ensuring employers know the students are from UBC Okanagan, not UBC Vancouver.
